As an adventurer, ultra runner and motivational coach, I love inspiring and helping women push past their physical and mental limits so they can feel truly awesome and alive! 
As a former solicitor and law enforcement officer turned female adventurer and ultra runner, I’ve done things that people when looking at me from the surface would never imagined I could do.  After hiking a 700km trail on my own with my dogs in northern Scandinavia, I felt that I took myself from being looked at as a frail or weak woman, to my full strong potential. And I felt the same level of exhilaration when I ended up being the first women finisher of the Arctic race Rovaniemi 300.  It makes me feel awesome and unstoppable. It makes me feel what the Finns call “sisu”: a mix of deep-rooted inner strength, courage, grit and resilience that lies inside all of us.
As a trained coach in NLP, sophrology, EFT and psychology, acquainted with and strong believer in the Law of Attraction principles, I am passionate about sharing all the amazing tools that I’ve learnt and experimented to help other people unleash their Inner Power and create the life they really want! and in all areas!

Aventurière, grande fan de courses arctiques, coach mental, et conférencière, ma passion est d’inspirer et d’aider les femmes à dépasser leurs limites mentales et physiques qu’elles se sont imposées ou qui leur ont été imposées pour qu’elles puissent se sentir véritablement vivantes, magnifiques, capables et qu’elles osent vivre pleinement leur vie et leurs rêves ! 
En tant que femme aventurière et ultra runner, j’ai accompli des choses que personne ne m’aurait pensé capable. Après avoir parcouru quelque 700km seule en Scandinavie avec mes chiennes, j’ai senti que j’avais vraiment résussi à exprimer mon plein potentiel. J’ai ressenti ce même état de joie totale quand, après m’être entrainée pendant de long mois pour participer à la Rovaniemi 300, une course arctique en autonomie totale pendant 3 à 5 jours par des températures glaciales, j’ai été la première femme
